What we collect when you contact us, why we hold it, and how to have it removed.
If you use the enquiry form we collect your name, work email, company, optionally your role, and what you tell us about the project, along with the moment you gave permission for us to hold it. Our server records the network address the form was submitted from, used only to limit automated abuse.
To reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. We do not sell it, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
An enquiry that does not become a project is deleted within twenty-four months. Records connected to work we have done for you are kept as long as we are required to keep them, and no longer.
The services that run this site on our behalf: our hosting provider, our database provider, our email provider, and the service that filters automated form submissions. Each processes the data only to provide that service to us.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to us holding it. Write to us and we will act on it. If you are in the UK or the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.
